Sands has extensive and innovative retail, technology, and financial services industry experience that includes 15 years with H&R Block, gaining deep knowledge in the areas of FinTech, blockchain, analytics, operations, sales, and business development. He has also served in various roles as a founder, CEO, consultant, and board advisor to multiple innovative technology companies.
