An all-new tractor built to handle the speed and traverse of high pressure hoses, complete with the Compass radial indexing device and Sentinel smart technology.

DURANGO, CO, June 20, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ — StoneAge is pleased to announce the release of its newest single-lance tractor, the AutoBox 1L. The latest addition to the industry-leading line up of StoneAge tractors, the AutoBox 1L is specifically designed with a dual belt mechanism that improves traction and pull force in order to operate at higher speeds with greater torque.

“The AutoBox 1L with Sentinel reflects StoneAge’s commitment to both engineering innovation and our customers,” said CEO Kerry Siggins. “We’re excited to deliver a cleaning system that incorporates customer feedback and advances technology to improve operational safety and productivity.”

The AutoBox 1L tractor can be packaged with the Compass indexing device and Sentinel technology. This powerful combination enables horizontal, vertical, and enclosed heat exchanger bundles to be cleaned 35% faster than before with repeatable, reliable results and data-driven positioning accuracy.

The AutoBox 1L tractor and the AutoPack 1L complete package offer versatile and efficient cleaning capabilities to handle a range of confined spaces often found in evaporators and exchangers within refinery and chemical plant operations. The new system can also be used with the same Controller and Power Hub as the Sentinel-enabled AutoBox 3L, providing those customers a way to leverage their existing investment towards the new AutoBox 1L.
