Chevo Celebrates ICE SEVP Fee Management and CISA NRMC Connected Communities Contract Wins

ROCKVILLE, MD, September 26, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ — Chevo is excited to announce our growing long-term partnership with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), through U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), with the award of two Task Orders off the GSA OASIS Small Business Pool 1 contract vehicle. These two wins increase our presence at DHS to a total of 34 Task Orders; this includes 8 at CISA and 6 at ICE, which expands our partnerships with these important organizations in helping them fulfill their missions.

The first is the CISA Connected Communities Risk Management Initiative; a 3-year, $3.1M Prime Task Order supporting the National Risk Management Center’s (NRMC) business processes and mission-related risk management initiative related to Connected Communities. The core services on this effort are to support government personnel as they manage risks related to technologies within Connected Communities by providing risk identification, understanding risk analysis functions, and developing risk mitigation functions.

The second effort is a 3-year, $8.8M prime Task Order for the ICE, Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) to provide Fee Management Support. Chevo will assist SEVP with the effective management and oversight of SEVP fee collections; ensure SEVP compliance with applicable law and policy; and provide routine analysis of user fees to ensure revenue is sufficient to recover program costs and maintain efficient operations, but not in excess of operational needs.

Of these recent wins Phil Sahady, Chevo President, said, “Chevo is thrilled with the award of these two Task Orders and is honored to continue expanding our support within ICE and CISA. These are two of our most important and largest clients and we look forward to helping them drive enhanced performance and fulfill their important missions.”
