HIGHLANDS RANCH, CO, January 10, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ — Herd of Zebras gets listed on THE OCMX™

Herd of Zebras connects amateur sports league and referees through a matching smart phone app like Uber for referees. We recruit referees, conduct background checks, verify certifications, schedule, confirm on time field arrival, report scores and penalties, facilitate electronic payments, and provide income statements for our users. Our service is free for leagues and saves hundreds of hours in administration. We take a 20% pass-thru revenue from our referee providers.

We also have an LMS referee training program called ZebraU. We sell our 15-hour training classes ($49-$99/Annual Recurring) to side-hustle workers who become trained and then join our Herd of Zebras app for work assignment. Our retail referee equipment division called Zebra Dugout, supplies jerseys and equipment to our member referees.

We have a wholly owned subsidiary, Movedon Sports, which runs adult coed soccer leagues. All the referees for our leagues go through Herd of Zebras and allows us to expand our brand through vertical integration and provides a built-in testing platform for our products.

The OCMX™ is pleased to announce the listing of Herd of Zebras to its online portal which offers financial networks the ability to learn more about this exciting opportunity.

The OCMX™ has spent considerable time completing its due diligence on Herd of Zebras and concluded that there is indeed a tremendous potential for this company.

The OCMX™ noted that Herd of Zebras exhibits the main components of any solid opportunity, namely a solid management team, a great track record, and several key competitive advantages.

PROBLEM THEY’RE SOLVING
We provide 10 unique benefits to help leagues recruit, manage, pay, and manage data from referees in their leagues. Our service is free for leagues, and we take a 20% commission before paying the referees. This is the same “pass-thru” revenue model that built Uber and AirBnB.

We are not selling a new software service; we are redirecting the existing flow of revenue already present in the amateur sports ecosystem. We add a significant suite of management services to both leagues and referees. Referees don’t mind the commission because our app facilitates instant payment transfer to their bank account.

WHERE THEY ARE HEADED
In November 2022, we launched our first of 10 referee training modules on our eLearning platform called “ZebraU”, which allows to train and recruit a new generation of referees at a much lower cost than legacy referee training programs and solve the severe referee shortage.

We sell our LMS and ongoing referee support in an annual recurring membership of $49, $79, and $99 and an accompanying uniform and equipment kit for $29-49. This referee training ecosystem is frequently updated with value-ads and senior referee interaction.

We are developing Virtual Reality Software for the Oculus platform where referees can improve their sport-specific officiating skills and compete with referees from around the world in an Esports environment.

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS
• There are over one billion amateur sports games played in the world each year! These games require 2 billion “referee hours” which is our unit of monetization. Referees make an average of $30/hr, which equates to a $60 billion annual industry.
• In Colorado alone, the Colorado Soccer Association was short 2,000 referees in 2022 to meet existing demand for scheduled games. There are nine other team sports with severe referee shortages and 49 other states plus significant international opportunities.
• A small independent, amateur sports league averages over $20,000 a year in referee expenses (our gross revenue). Larger leagues and municipality-run sports organizations can exceed $1M annually.
• We also plan to develop referee drones to replace side-line officials and Ai-infused center robots.
