I’m sharing the practices that have helped me to maintain peace, health, and mental clarity.

ATLANTA, GA, April 06, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ — Since early 2022, New Orleans native Elena “Elle” Brown has been sharing what she learned while overcoming her own family’s wellness woes with others. When her teenage daughter was prescribed a whopping 30 days of antibiotics for a mere skin issue, a concerned Elle sought a different approach. A holistic doctor instead prescribed 90 days of dietary changes and herbal supplements, prompting her daughter’s skin to clear beautifully. The experience was so enlightening that Brown then embarked on a path of holistic health education. Now a certified health coach and master herbalist, she promotes caring for the mind, body, and spirit.

“I am passionate about the healing nature of fruits, vegetables, plants, and herbal medicine,” Elle maintains, “as well as about movement of the body and healing practices of the mind via things like yoga and meditation.”

Using social media, Elle encourages others to join her journey. Her engaging videos provide useful information that is easily digestible, inclusive, shame-free, and empowering. Also passionate about women’s health issues (specifically fellow Black women), she seeks to educate others about natural healing remedies for health issues that impact the community.

Her Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Mass Communication, combined with a background in the non-profit sector and experience from her career designing instructional materials for a Fortune 500 company, contribute to impactful messaging. She especially focuses on the benefits of juicing and shares delicious recipes. “Learning about how fruits, vegetables, and herbs have the ability to heal has felt extremely empowering for me,” she says. “I’m creating content and safe spaces for people to learn and grow in that area.”
